About Debbi Harris

Debbi Harris, is a Certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC) and a Certified Employment Interview Consultant (CEIC), and empowers others to find a career that fits — so they can find a job they love. Working one-on-one or in small group settings, she helps people uncover their career direction, take charge of their job search and reach their goals. She is a strong believer in the power of networking and forging connections, in order to create new opportunities and develop professional relationships.

Active in the local career community, Debbi works with job seekers at career fairs offering résumé reviews and job search tips. She has also contributed to Philadelphia NBC 10’s “Survive and Thrive” events with Tracy Davidson, and as part of the Work/Life Connection Facilitation Team, delivers career development training workshops at the Philadelphia International Airport. Debbi is a member of  the Association of Career Professionals International, Career Directors International, and the Women’s Business Forum.

Debbi has over 20 years combined professional experience in financial services, human services and the workplace learning field, and leverages her background to help individuals in transition or career change.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Certificate in Training and Organizational Development from Temple University, and holds a Competent Toastmaster Designation through Toastmasters International.
